Construction Firm - Mintat Development & Construction Sdn Bhd, Malaysia

Mintat was incorporated on 24 December 1983 and presently has an authorised share capital of RM10 million and paid up share capital of RM1.8 million.

Mintat is a G7 construction company under the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) allowing it unlimited tendering capacity in the building construction and civil engineering categories. Apart from that, Mintat is also a certified Class A construction company under the Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK).

On 11 June 2002, Mintat was awarded ISO 9001:2000 for its Quality Management System in the provision of construction services for building works.

At present, Mintat is the main contractor for the Klebang 8 Boutique Condominium development project which was awarded to Mintat by Hean Yi Holding Sdn Bhd for a contract value of RM13.5 million
