Pleasant-Ville Development Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia in 1985 and today has an authorised capital of RM25 million and paid up share capital of RM19 million.
 The company is in the business of property development and since it started operations in 1994, it has been engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties.
The development projects completed by Pleasant-Ville Development Sdn Bhd and its subsidiary Hean Yi Holding Sdn Bhd were Taman Cheng Ria, Taman Sentosa, Taman Cheng Mutiara, Klebang 8 Boutique Condominium, Taman Banda Hilir Indah, Holiday Inn Melaka, Taman Bukit Katil Indah, Taman Bertam Ria and Taman Gadong Perdana.
The project still in progress is Taman Gadong Perdana, Phase II which consists of 28 units of single-storey terrace houses and 2 units of single-storey semi-detached houses.
The company directors are highly reputable business people in their respective fields.
Mr Goh Kian Tiong has been in the property and construction business for 43 years, he is the Chairman of Kienta Group of companies. Apart from that, he also sits in the Board of Directors of Pleasant-Ville Development Sdn Bhd, Hean Yi Holding Sdn Bhd and Hean Yi Investment (S) Pte Ltd.
Mr Low Joo Soon is a professional engineer in civil engineering and has been involved in numerous development and construction projects since graduating from the National University of Singapore in 1986. He is presently the Managing Director of Pleasant-Ville Development Sdn Bhd and Hean Yi Holding Sdn Bhd. He is also the Director of Mintat Development & Construction Sdn Bhd and Hean Yi Investment (S) Pte Ltd.
Madam Lim Siew Lan has been in property development for 31 years. She is a Director of Pleasant-Ville Development Sdn Bhd, Hean Yi Holding Sdn Bhd and Mintat Development & Construction Sdn Bhd.
